Roam Home | Blunderbuss | vendredi, 30. août 2019

For all those who have discovered the joy of blending vehicle & home, who have harnessed their own creativity to follow their own paths to adventure, Roam Home will be the chance to gather at the crossroads of our journeys to celebrate the life of being a traveler and share the skills of building.

Rome Home is an expo of converted buses, built-out vans, DIY tiny houses, and handmade campers. Presented by Blunderbuss and Bozeman Makerspace, Roam Home will take place Aug 30 - Sep 1 in Bozeman, Montana, at 5360 Love Lane.

Besides the chance to see the many amazing vehicles being exhibited there will be classes on various aspects of vehicle modification, activities for families and kids, food trucks, presentations by exhibitors about their experiences building and living in their roaming homes.

Owners of a home-made or substantially-modified living vehicle can register to attend as an exhibitor which will include a parking spot for the car show style exhibition, as well as optional camping on site for the weekend, and participation in all aspects of this temporary community of kindred spirits. Vehicles can be posted for sale for a small additional cost.

Anyone is welcome to come to Roam Home as spectators throughout the weekend at no charge. Parking will be available on site, along with food and beverages. Be prepared for all kinds of weather.

Along with the strong dose of inspiration and skill-sharing, Roam Home will also feature booths from related vendors, celebration into the evenings, and breakfast and yoga in the mornings, and awards for favorite vehicles. The location of Roam Home is on the ten beautiful acres of a group of creativity-centric businesses and organizations on the west side of Bozeman. This site features awe-inspiring mountain views, easy access to several National Forest areas & Yellowstone National Park, all modern city services, and is only 7 miles from Interstate 90.
