What to Expect
There are four aspects to the game of basketball every player needs to develop - skill, athleticism, mental toughness, and feel. This camp will focus on developing all four of these within all who participate. All three camps will be intense, demanding, and competitive. These camps are designed for those players who are serious about reaching their full potential.
Camp 1
Girls: Grades 6, 7, 8th
Limited to 24 girls
October 25th: 6-9pm
October 26th: 9am-12pm
Cost: $95
Camp 2
Boys: Grades 6, 7, 8th
Limited to 24 boys
October 26th: 1-4pm
October 26th: 5:30-8:30pm
Cost: $95
Camp 3
High School Girls & Boys
Limited to 16 boys; 16 girls
October 27th: 1-4pm
Cost: $45

About the Coaches
Coach Horn
Coach Horn is one of the most sought after individual skill development coaches in Alaska. As a player, Coach Horn was known for her toughness, competitiveness and selflessness.
As a coach these qualities are at the forefront of her message to the players she works with today. A graduate of Kodiak HS and UAA, Coach Horn brings a unique understanding of Alaska's youth. The founder of Make Yourself, Coach Horn is committed to helping Alaska's basketball players make themselves the absolute best they can be.
Coach Ostanik
Coach Ostanik brings 26 years of coaching experience to the court. Coach O has the unique perspective of having coached collegiately and at the high school level. At the collegiate level, his wining percentage of 63.2% and his 55 wins over a three year period, both rank first in UAF history. At Monroe, Coach O has won three state titles and amassed a record of 267-57. Coach Ostanik is a widely respected clinician and owner of the Alaska Basketball Academy, which focuses on teaching life skills through basketball, throughout the state of Alaska.
