Cheesemaking Workshop: Washed Rind and Mozzarella | Kangaroo Valley Hall | vendredi, 06. novembre 2020

Don’t mind a smelly cheese? Want to get a bit more hands on with cheesemaking? This is the Workshop for you! Washed Rind cheeses will require some care and attention at home to get them to the right stage of stinky and gooey – but the effort will be very rewarding. Nothing beats the feeling of stretching cheese, which will become Mozzarella, Burrata or Bocconcini.
The most commonly asked question is "can we take our cheeses home?". The answer is "yes"!
All cheese making workshops cost $170 per participant. This includes our tutorial, all ingredients and equipment used during the day, recipes, a light lunch and morning/afternoon tea. 
Please note that induction cooktops are used in our Workshops.
Our sessions run from 9:00am to 4:00pm at the Kangaroo Valley Hall, Osborne Park, Moss Vale Road, Kangaroo Valley, NSW, 2577. 
 What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free onsite parking available.

We'll be in touch closer to the date of the Workshop to let you know what to bring and what is provided.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. By purchasing your ticket via Eventbrite, you are automatically registered.
