Come spend an inspiring Saturday afternoon preparing:
Autumn Greens with Spiced Delicata Squash, Maple Candied Pepitas, and Apple Vinaigrette; Citrus & Herb Brined, Roasted Turkey with Black Pepper Sage Gravy and Roasted Winter Vegetables; and a Caramelized Pear Souffle with a Local Honey Creme Anglaise. Perched on the banks of the Snohomish River in historic Snohomish, WA, Bon Vivant Cuisine takes place in our beautiful studio kitchen featuring a stunning Lacanche range. Each of these fun, interactive events include an internationally-inspired cooking class presented by an area chef who will guide you through preparation of a delicious, seasonal dish. You will learn tips and tricks as you cook side-by-side with some of the best chefs in the area.
