Improving Time-to-Market with the Scaled Agile Framework® and SAFe®4 DevOps Practitioner Certification
Summary
This two-day course provides a comprehensive overview for understanding the DevOps skills needed to accelerate time-to-market by improving the flow of value through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. Attendees will map the current value stream through their delivery pipeline from idea to value, and identify practices that will eliminate bottlenecks to flow.The course will build an understanding of the complete flow of value from Continuous Exploration thru Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, to Release on Demand. Attendees will explore SAFe’s CALMR (Culture, Automation, Lean, Measure, Recover) approach to DevOps, which helps create a culture of shared responsibility for the full spectrum of Solution delivery. It helps align people, processes, and technology throughout the organization to achieve faster time-to market.
Attendees will leave with the tools they need to execute an implementation plan for improving their delivery pipeline, and the knowledge they need to support the plan. The course also prepares students for the optional SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner (SDP) certification exam.

Attendees must attend both days of the course in order to be eligible for the exam.

Certifications expire one year from the date the certification is earned. Renewal fee is $100
Exam Details

Name: SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner Exam
Format: Multiple choice, multiple response
Delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
Access: Candidates can access to the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner course
Duration: Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam.
Number of questions: 45
Passing score: 33 out of 45 (73%)
Language: English
Exam cost: First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.

Professional Development Units (PDUs) and Scrum Education Units (SEUs)
Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications
Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance.
Cancellation Policy:
In order for us to provide the most experienced instructors and a superior classroom environment, we must ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule this registration, please notify us immediately. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

11 or more business days prior to class, 100% refund of tuition.
1-10 business days prior to class, no refund, but may reschedule another class within one year of date of cancelled class.

This Classroom Training is guaranteed to run with no cancellation or rescheduling. The second the first ticket is sold, we will definitely be holding that class. Of course, there is the outside chance that some classes might have lighter attendance than others, but the class WILL run. You can confidently make your training plans with our confirmed class.
