We've combined all aspects of wellness (mind,body,spirit) into a mini 2 hour retreat for you (and there is even an early bird rate to save more $ - see below).
Let's **** it, we know you know what you need to do for your overall wellness. Information and evidence is in your **** all the time and tends to be a little overwhelming.
It's just about getting started/restarted or even finding a supportive community to keep you going (without the monthly fees).

Anyone who wants to feel better in their mind and body and learn some short but effective strategies to implement into daily life.

MEET THE FACILITATORS
Mel Priddin is a holisitc social worker, mindfulness and yoga teacher who incorporates mind/body practices into her therapeutic work.
Cheryl Calder is a strengths based therapist who utilises Art Therapy and Contemplative practices in her counselling practice.
